At Switchback Holistics, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Product Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please contact us at aribaux@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable or health-related items, such as supplements or opened skincare products

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or type, please contact us at aribaux@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and ensure your exchange is handled as quickly as possible.

6. Services

For services, including holistic treatments and consultations, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made after this period, a partial refund or no refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.
